If you are a journalist with a media enquiry relating to LNER, please contact the LNER Press Office.

Our Press Office operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can be reached at press.office@lner.co.uk or 07704 021 208.

Please note that the Press Office is dedicated to supporting media enquiries and can only respond to requests from journalists and recognised media outlets. If you are contacting us for another reason, we may not be the best team to assist you.

Calls to the Press Office are answered by a call bureau, which will take your details and pass them to the on-call media officer.

Filming requests

If you are seeking permission to film on an LNER train or at an LNER-managed station, please contact the Press Office at least two weeks before your proposed filming date. When submitting your request, please include details of the production, crew size, filming equipment, insurance details, and intended location(s). For commercials, feature films, TV fiction and large-scale shoots, LNER is represented by Network Rail Commercial Filming https://filming.networkrail.co.uk/lner/
