How eVouchers work

You can purchase eVouchers from as little as £10.

Gift eVouchers can be used to book train journeys on our website or LNER App only. But this won't limit your journey possibilities as we sell tickets for all journeys across the rail network.

  1. First, you need to sign in or create an account

  2. Choose the value of your gift - anything from £10

  3. Confirm your voucher(s) that you have selected and make the payment

  4. You'll receive an email with a confirmation number and the gift eVoucher code, which you can simply forward to your family or friend

  5. Please note gift eVouchers are not refundable

  6. Each gift eVoucher is valid to use on lner.co.uk for 12 months from the date of issue
